This video will show a provider how to create a log and fill out a timesheet in Dynafios.

Creating a Log (time entry)


  • Open the mobile app
  • Enter your email address
  • Enter your password
  • Tap "Login."
  • Authenticate using biometrics (fingerprint or facial recognition)
  • Review the privacy policy and tap "Accept.
  • You will be taken to the home screen, where you can view all your timesheets
  • Navigate to the "Manage" section to see details of your contracts
  • To log time, tap the "Input" screen
  • Select the timesheet you wish to log time against
  • Tap "Create Log."
  • Select the action and date for the log
  • Enter the amount of time
  • Add log details using talk-to-text or by typing
  • Tap "Save."
  • Tap "Save Log" to confirm
  • You have successfully logged your time


Submitting your timesheet

  • Open the mobile app and navigate to the input screen
  • Look for the flashing "Sign Logs" button and tap it
  • You will be taken to the approval screen
  • Filter logs by selecting "All" or choosing a specific month
  • Review your information, including details, edits, or deletions if needed
  • Once satisfied, tap the "Signature" button
  • On your first sign-in, enter your electronic signature
  • After the first use, your signature will be saved for future submissions
  • Read the attestation at the bottom of the screen
  • Attach your signature
  • Tap the "Submit" button
  • You will receive an email confirmation of your submission
